We have an office based near the centre of Cardiff, in Albany Road, Roath. We can arrange a convenient meeting for you at our office, at work, or in the comfort of your own home. Our office is open 6 days a week.

One advantage our company provides over many of its rivals, is that our service can be provided in our national language, Welsh, if required.

All Independent Mortgage House mortgage advisers are fully qualified to help you with all your Mortgage related needs, and our service is provided to you free of charge as we use any fees and commission received from mortgage lenders and life companies to offset our operating costs. We will therefore not charge you a fee for our services. We do however offer you the option of paying for our service if you wish - in this case any commissions received are rebated to you.
